and attached documents will be used to process your membership
application. Failure to provide all of the requested information may

The Club does not usually disclose your personal information to any
other organisation or person unless there is a legal requirement to
do so. The Club may disclose your information to third parties that
provide services under contract to the Club. These contracts require
the third party to keep you personal information confidential and secure.

Your personal information , including information about you obtained
as a result of you placing your membership card in a gaming
or other club machine (not ATM's), may be used by the Club for
marketing purposes to improve our services and to provide you with
the latest information about those services and any new related
services and promotions.

Tickets to Shows are sold subject to the following conditions:

Please check tickets at time of purchase as refunds or exchanges are not permitted.

Tickets purchased by phone are sold on the basis of “best available” at the time. Customers with specific seating preferences should inquire with the Reception staff at the time of purchase.

Entry to the club is restricted to members, their guests, members of “like” Clubs and visitors
who reside 5km or more from the club. Possession of a show ticket does not guarantee
entry to the Club.

All shows are restricted to those 18 years & above, unless otherwise stated.

For “All Ages” shows, anyone under 18 years of age must remain in the immediate company
of a responsible adult at all times.

All areas of the show room are accessible by wheelchair. If required, Reception staff can provide information about ramp location to the lower tier of the show room and ease of access.

The advertised time is when show doors open. This is 30 minutes prior to the start of the show (note that some shows have support acts, prior to the main act).

Depending on the style of show and artist preference, some shows offer “Reserved Seating”, others are “Un-Reserved Seating (which is limited) and may include a dance floor. Please check at the time of purchase.

Due to the popularity of the Club’s Restaurants, it is recommended that you allow plenty of
time to dine beforehand, if you are attending a show. Refer to the Club website for restaurant
choices and times.

Bar service is available in the show room.

Video or professional cameras or sound recorders may not be used in the show room.

Smoking is not permitted in the show room or anywhere else on level 3 of the Club.

Toilet facilities are located in the level 3 foyer, outside the show room. Note that there are disabled toilets on level 2, accessible by lift from level 3.

Any person deemed to be intoxicated will be refused service and asked to leave the Club.

Customers dress must be clean, tidy & inoffensive, as per Club dress regulations.

The Club reserves the right to withdraw or substitute artists from advertised programs.

The Club reserves the right to refuse entry.

If entry is refused or a person is asked to leave, no refund will be available.
